Meet Cindy Utami Sofian, a Food Technology graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada, oversees product development and quality at Remedy.id. Currently an R&D supervisor at an F&B manufacturer, she has formulated 18 products and maintains over 25 others, handling all aspects from raw materials to customer evaluations. Passionate about food organoleptic and health impacts, she also focuses on local food heritage and sustainability.
